Fitness Trainer

All Time Fitness (ATF) is a premium fitness facility in Gurugram offering a high-energy training environment, group classes, and personalized fitness programs. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Fitness Trainer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and small group workouts

Design customized fitness programs based on individual member goals (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, etc.)

Lead group fitness classes including strength, HIIT, and functional training

Assist in onboarding new members with fitness assessments and goal-setting consultations

Monitor and track member progress; adjust programs accordingly

Maintain a safe, motivating, and professional gym floor environment

Drive member engagement and support membership retention efforts

Promote and sell personal training packages

Requirements

Certification from a recognized body (ACE, ACSM, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on training experience

Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition basics, and injury prevention

Excellent communication and motivational skills

Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

CPR/First Aid certified (preferred)
