Floor Associates

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Floor Associates to manage the overall customer experience on the shop floor. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality and retail, with a keen eye for store presentation, customer assistance, and product handling.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

• Welcome customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience

• Guide customers with product information and recommendations

• Help customers locate products and answer basic queries

• Build a warm and premium in-store experience

Store Presentation

• Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Refill products and monitor stock availability on the floor

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and display aesthetics

• Check product expiry dates and packaging conditions regularly

Operations Support

• Assist in inventory movement and stock arrangement

• Coordinate with cashier and store manager for smooth store operations

• Support in promotional displays, tastings, and in-store activities

• Help maintain overall hygiene and cleanliness standards

Product Handling

• Ensure careful handling of gourmet and fragile products

• Follow food safety and storage guidelines where applicable

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or FMCG preferred, Fresher is okay too

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-friendly and proactive attitude

• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended hours

• Flexible with shifts and weekend schedules
