Job Description

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.


Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders. Provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients, spice levels, and potential allergens.


Up-selling: Suggest appetizers, specialty beverages, or chef-special desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.


Food & Beverage Service: Serve orders promptly and according to restaurant standards. Ensure the correct "service from the right" and "clearing from the right" protocols.


Table Maintenance: Set up tables with linens, cutlery, and glassware. Clear used dishes promptly and maintain a clean dining area.


Billing: Present bills and process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or UPI (GPay, PhonePe, etc.). Ensure accuracy in change and receipts.


Coordination: Effectively communicate special dietary requirements or guest feedback to the kitchen staff.
