Job Description
Role Overview
Looking for a female candidate to manage franchise relationships, gather feedback, resolve concerns and ensure partner satisfaction. You will act as a key link between franchisees and the brand to drive smooth operations and long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage structured feedback from franchise partners
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees
- Analyse feedback and share actionable insights with management
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues
- Track concerns until closure and ensure timely communication
- Support improvements in SOPs, training, and support systems
- Drive franchise engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives
- Communicate brand updates, policies, and new launches clearly
