Technician (Mobile Phones)

Position : Front Glass Change Technician – Mobile Devices

Department : Repair Operations


Job Summary : The Front Glass Change Technician is responsible for replacing damaged front glass on Apple and Android smartphones while preserving the original display quality. The role requires expertise in glass separation, OCA lamination, bubble removal, and display refurbishment processes to ensure high-quality output and minimal display damage.


Key Responsibilities

Glass Replacement & Refurbishment

  • Perform front glass replacement on Apple and Android smartphones.
  • Separate damaged glass from LCD/OLED and Curved displays using appropriate equipment.
  • Operate glass separating machines, laminators, autoclaves, and polishing equipment.
  • Apply OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) and perform display lamination.
  • Remove bubbles and ensure display clarity after refurbishment.
  • Conduct display testing after glass replacement.
