Job Title: Fundraising Executive & NGO Management Associate

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and socially driven individuals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising
- Represent Prithakpahal Foundation professionally during fundraising campaigns.
- Engage with individuals and organizations to raise awareness about the Foundation’s mission.
- Encourage donors to support our social initiatives through one-time and recurring donations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters.
- Achieve fundraising targets while maintaining ethical fundraising practices.
- Participate in fundraising events, campaigns, malls, corporate activities, and public awareness programs.
NGO Management
- Assist in planning and executing NGO projects and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with volunteers, donors, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Maintain records of donations, events, and project activities.
- Support event planning, logistics, and campaign execution.
- Prepare basic reports and ensure proper documentation.
- Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for social work and community development.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to work in the field.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office is an added advantage.
