जॉब प्रोफाइल – फैक्ट्री कारपेंटर (Modular Furniture)कंपनी: Inaaya Doors & Furniture

लोकेशन: Sector 67A, Gurugram

• काम की जिम्मेदारियाँफैक्ट्री में मॉड्यूलर किचन, वार्डरोब, दरवाजे और कस्टम फर्नीचर बनाने का काम।
• Panel Saw, Sliding Table Saw, Edge Bander, Router, Drill Machine आदि मशीनों को सुरक्षित तरीके से चलाना।
• ड्रॉइंग के अनुसार Ply, MDF, HDHMR और अन्य बोर्ड की सही साइज में कटिंग करना।
• कटे हुए पार्ट्स की ड्रिलिंग, राउटिंग और फिटिंग करना।
• कैबिनेट, शटर, ड्रॉअर और अन्य फर्नीचर की असेंबली करना।
• Hinges, Channels, Handles और अन्य हार्डवेयर सही तरीके से लगाना।
• तैयार फर्नीचर की क्वालिटी और फिनिशिंग चेक करना।
• मशीनों और टूल्स की साफ-सफाई और सही देखभाल करना।
• फैक्ट्री के सुरक्षा नियमों (Safety Rules) का पालन करना।
• समय पर काम पूरा करना और टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
• जरूरी योग्यतामॉड्यूलर फर्नीचर फैक्ट्री में 2–5 साल का अनुभव।
• लकड़ी और बोर्ड कटिंग मशीन चलाने का अनुभव।
• फर्नीचर की ड्रॉइंग/माप (Measurement) समझने की क्षमता।
• मशीनों को सुरक्षित तरीके से चलाने की जानकारी।
• मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और ईमानदार व्यक्ति।

Job Summary

Inaaya Doors & Furniture is looking for a skilled Factory Carpenter to manufacture premium modular furniture. The candidate should be experienced in operating woodworking machines, cutting and preparing panels, assembling furniture, and ensuring high-quality finishing as per production drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machines such as Panel Saw, Sliding Table Saw, Edge Bander, Multi-Boring Machine, Router, Trimmer, Drill Press, and other carpentry equipment.
• Perform accurate cutting, sizing, trimming, drilling, routing, and machining of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, particle board, laminates, and other sheet materials.
• Assemble modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, doors, vanities, and other custom furniture.
• Read and understand production drawings and cutting lists.
• Install hardware such as hinges, drawer channels, handles, lift-up systems, and wardrobe accessories.
• Ensure all components meet quality standards before assembly.
• Carry out finishing, fitting, and final adjustments.
• Maintain machines, tools, and the work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Report machine faults or maintenance requirements to the Production Supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating machinery and handling materials.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to meet daily production targets.

Required Skills:

• Experience operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Good understanding of modular furniture manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read production drawings and dimensions.
• Knowledge of sheet materials including plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, and acrylic panels.
• Experience in furniture assembly and hardware fitting.
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and finishing.
• Basic machine troubleshooting is an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification

• 2–5 years of experience in a modular furniture factory or woodworking industry.
• ITI (Carpentry) or relevant trade certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with CNC-based furniture manufacturing is an advantage.
