Activity Coordinator

• Activity Facilitation: Oversee and manage activities, ensuring that all equipment and attractions are used safely and in accordance with company guidelines.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, provide information about activities, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Safety Management: Monitor activity areas for any potential hazards or unsafe behaviors, enforce rules and guidelines, and respond quickly to any incidents or accidents.
• Supervision: Maintain vigilance over children and families participating in activities, offering assistance as needed and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintenance: Perform regular checks on equipment and play structures, report any malfunctions or damage, and assist with light cleaning and upkeep of the play areas.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to coordinate activities, manage guest flow, and contribute to a team environment.
