Role OverviewWe are looking for a fast, diligent, and detail-oriented Cloud Kitchen Team Member to join our fulfillment team. In this role, you will be the final, crucial link between our kitchen and our customers. You will be responsible for accurately and swiftly preparing, scooping, packaging, and dispatching orders received via online platforms (Zomato, Swiggy) and our Self-Delivery channels.

Because our desserts are premium and clean-label, they must reach the customer in perfect condition. Speed, precision, and a high sense of responsibility are non-negotiable for this role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Preparation & Assembly: Swiftly and accurately prepare ice cream scoops, desserts, and bakery items exactly as specified in the incoming orders.
• Platform Management: Monitor incoming tickets from Swiggy, Zomato, and direct self-delivery systems, ensuring orders are accepted and processed immediately.
• Zero-Error Dispatch: Double-check every order against the KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) to ensure correct items, quantities, and specific customer requests are met perfectly before sealing the package.
• Speed & Efficiency: Maintain a lightning-fast turnaround time (TAT) from order receipt to rider handover, helping us maintain top-tier ratings on delivery platforms.
• Inventory & Station Setup: Keep the assembly line, freezers, and packaging materials fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift to avoid any delays during peak hours.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain strict personal hygiene and keep the workstation spotless, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
• Required Skills & AttributesDiligent & Proactive: You take immense pride in your work, pay close attention to details, and don't skip steps even during the rush hours.
• Fast & Tech-Savvy: Ability to work quickly under pressure and easily navigate delivery partner merchant apps (Swiggy/Zomato partner dashboards).
• High Accuracy: A strong focus on "Zero Errors"—ensuring items are never missed or mixed up.
• Reliable Team Player: Punctual, disciplined, and ready to coordinate smoothly with kitchen staff and delivery riders.
• Prior Experience (Preferred): 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume cloud kitchen, QSR, or ice cream parlor handling online delivery orders is a big plus.
