Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per company standards.
- Change linen, replenish amenities, and ensure room readiness for arriving guests.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items promptly.
- Follow cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest requests related to housekeeping in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies responsibly.
Eligibility:
- 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
- Prior housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic communication skills and customer service orientation
