About Us
Blossom Group is a Delhi-NCR co-living and hospitality business operating ~1,000 beds across 20+ properties, We are establishing a structured HR function to support our next phase of growth, and we're looking for a capable generalist to own it end to end.
Requirements
- 3–7 years in an HR generalist or HR-operations role, ideally in a high-headcount, multi-location business (hospitality, facilities management, retail, or similar).
- Solid working knowledge of Indian labour compliance.
- Hands-on experience running payroll and an HRMS; familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters and employee relations independently and fairly.
- Strong organisation, documentation, and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA-HR or equivalent a plus (capability matters more than credentials).
