Job Description
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a high-energy HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment across our multiple business operations (Manufacturing, Automobile/Battery Assembly, Hospitality, and Construction). The candidate will be responsible for executing a rapid bulk hiring drive (70–80 hires in a short timeframe) alongside recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Bulk Hiring: Rapidly source, screen, and onboard 70–80 operational, technical, and support staff.
- Full-Spectrum Sourcing: Manage end-to-end hiring across all levels—from entry-level blue-collar staff to senior executives.
- Multi-Industry Recruitment: Sourcing for diverse verticals including Automobile Battery Assembly, Silicone Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Brick Manufacturing.
- Channel Management: Utilize job portals (Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, LinkedIn), local agencies, walk-in drives, and referrals.
- Candidate Lifecycle: Handle job posting, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, document verification, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience (Manufacturing or Bulk Hiring background preferred).
- Skills: Strong expertise in volume hiring, local candidate sourcing (Manesar/Gurgaon area), and excellent negotiation skills.
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or relevant field.
