Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer responsible for designing, planning, and executing HVAC systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems along with experience in preparing layouts, calculations, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and exhaust systems.
- Prepare HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
- Develop detailed HVAC drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical, plumbing, and project teams.
- Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical submittals.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure designs meet energy efficiency and safety standards.
- Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and calculations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP, or similar HVAC software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
