◻ _Job Title:_ SOS Agent - Escalation Specialist
📍 _Location:_ Work from Office Gurgaon - Sector 61 Zomato Head Office. Hybrid model
🕒 _Shift:_ 13 Days WFO + 13 Days WFH
💼 _Type:_ Full-time | Customer Support - SOS
💵 _Salary:_ Up to ₹34K CTC
*Language Requirement - Mandatory:*
English + Hindi + Telugu *OR* Malayalam. Candidate must be fluent in all 3.
*About the Role:*
Handle high-priority & sensitive cases like safety concerns, theft, harassment. Support customers with empathy and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolutions.

🎓 Graduate or equivalent
📅 1–4 years experience in Customer Support
💬 Excellent communication skills
