Job Description
Trends Vacations Club is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and experience in membership or holiday package sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers through calls and virtual meetings.Explain vacation club memberships, holiday packages, and company offerings.
Generate leads and convert prospects into membership sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with interested clients and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams for smooth onboarding.
Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong inside sales and telecalling experience.Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Experience in holiday membership, hospitality, travel, or timeshare sales will be preferred.EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or membership sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
