Job Description
- Lead Conversion: Making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and converting prospective students into confirmed admissions.
- Advisory & Sales: Counselling students on career paths and "selling" suitable educational products (courses/packages).
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with parents and students to ensure long-term engagement.
- Target Achievement: Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- System Usage: Using CRM tools to manage student data, track leads, and manage follow-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 1+ years in EdTech sales, education counseling, or B2C sales.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field, though marketing or education specializations are preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, negotiation, and rapport-building skills.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, patience, and a target-driven mindset.
