Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Interior Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out projects, coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors, and ensure timely execution of work at project sites.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day interior project activities at the site.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and labor teams.
• Designs and Drafting.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and maintain timelines.
• Manage material requirements and coordinate deliveries.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle client queries and provide regular project updates.
• RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in interior project coordination or site supervision.
• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
