Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager- Interior Design to lead the end-to-end execution of luxury interior design projects across high-end villas, apartments, kothis, and commercial spaces. This role bridges creative vision with disciplined execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and top-tier quality.


Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation to final handover.
  • Coordinate across design, procurement, and site teams for seamless workflow.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, work progress, and site issues proactively.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants for updates and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with design intent, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and billing records.
  • Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-end interior projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and client communication skills.
