Interior Project Supervisor

Position: Project Manager (Non-IT)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per Month (Depending on Experience)

Location: Sector 50, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects.

* Conduct site measurements and ensure accurate execution as per drawings.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

* Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.

* Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion with quality standards.

* Handle site challenges, technical issues, and client requirements efficiently.

* Supervise installation activities and maintain project documentation.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management regularly.

Qualification

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in Interior Project Management or Site Execution.
