Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to manage daily inventory activities at our office/warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for stock checking, inward and outward entries, product counting, stock organization, and coordination with the sales, purchase, and packing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records of all products.
• Handle daily inward and outward stock entries.
• Conduct regular physical stock checking and report any mismatch.
• Arrange and organize products properly in racks/shelves.
• Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for order fulfillment.
• Support the purchase team by sharing low-stock and fast-moving item details.
• Check product quantity and basic quality during stock receiving.
• Maintain proper product labeling, SKU-wise arrangement, and stock location records.
• Assist in periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the inventory area.
• Report damaged, missing, or slow-moving stock to the manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Good counting and checking accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to understand SKU codes and product categories.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with the operations, sales, and packing teams.

Qualification

• Graduate preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stock management, ecommerce operations, or related work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in ecommerce, wholesale, trading, or product-based company.
• Knowledge of stock inward, outward, dispatch, packing, and SKU management will be an advantage.

• Accuracy of stock records.

• Timely update of inward and outward entries.
• Proper SKU-wise product arrangement.
• Timely reporting of low-stock items.
• Support in smooth and error-free order dispatch.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be honest, punctual, disciplined, and careful in handling products. The person should be comfortable with routine checking work and must be able to maintain accurate records on a daily basis.
