Job Description

Job Title: Sr. IT Executive

Experience: 3–4 years (EdTech preferred)

Timing: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure, networks & systems
  • Handle VPN, firewall & network security
  • Support Microsoft 365 & Outlook
  • Manage dialer systems
  • Maintain IT asset inventory
  • Provide technical support & troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in networking & system admin
  • Knowledge of VPN, firewall & M365
  • Good problem-solving & communication skills
