Jewellery Sales Associate

We are looking for a enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewellery purchases, providing exceptional product knowledge, and building lasting customer relationships to drive sales growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales: Welcome customers warmly, understand their preferences and budget, and guide them in selecting silver, gold, diamond, or gemstone jewellery.
• Product Presentation: Showcase jewellery effectively, highlight craftsmanship, purity (hallmarking), design details, and special features.
• Billing & Transactions: Assist with invoicing, order creation, customized orders, and process cash, card, or UPI payments securely.
• Counter & Inventory Management: Maintain immaculate display counters, ensure all items are properly tagged/inventoried, and handle stock daily during opening and closing routines.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with clients, maintain customer records, and follow up on inquiries, special orders, or loyalty programs.
• Target Achievement: Work individually and as a team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
