Role Description This is a on-site Medical Doctor (MBBS) role based in Gurugram. The MBBS Doctor will perform aesthetic consultations, assess patient needs, and medical histories, and recommend appropriate treatment plans , validate prescriptions aligned with clinical guidelines and patient goals. Daily responsibilities include prescription validation, online consultation or other non-surgical interventions), monitoring patient progress, and managing follow-up care. The role involves educating patients about treatment options, risks, benefits, and post-procedure care while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety and infection-control protocols. The Medical Doctor will collaborate with clinic staff, support quality improvement initiatives, participate in training on new techniques and technologies, and help maintain a patient-centered, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Valid medical degree (MBBS at least) with current registration/license to practice medicine; specialization or certification in dermatology, cosmetology, or aesthetic medicine is preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in outpatient or aesthetic/dermatology settings, including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain medical information clearly, obtain informed consent, and manage expectations with empathy and professionalism.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, infection control standards, and accurate medical documentation and record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time effectively in a busy clinical environment, and adapt to evolving protocols and technologies.
• Comfort with using electronic medical records and basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and patient communication.
