Job Description
- Major Roles & Responsibilities in Customer RetentionBuilding Strong Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with key clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understanding Customer Needs
- Analyze customer requirements, business goals, and challenges to provide suitable solutions and support.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure smooth service delivery to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Handling Escalations & Issues
- Act as the main point of contact for resolving complaints, service issues, or operational challenges.
- Providing Personalized Support
- Offer customized solutions and strategies based on client expectations and business requirements.
- Regular Follow-Ups
- Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and strengthen engagement.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling Opportunities
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or products that add value to the client.
- Monitoring Account Performance
- Track account growth, customer satisfaction levels, contract renewals, and retention metrics.
- Coordinating with Internal Teams
- Work closely with operations, sales, finance, and support teams to ensure timely service execution.
