Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations and coordinate production activities.
- Ensure food is prepared, packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately as per event requirements.
- Maintain dispatch checklists and verify all equipment, food, and supplies before loading.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular cleanliness and temperature checks across production and storage areas.
- Ensure FIFO practices, proper food storage, and waste control procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with chefs, stores, and operations teams for seamless event execution.
- Train and monitor kitchen staff on SOPs, hygiene, and food handling practices.
- Report maintenance, quality, or operational issues to management.
