Job Title: Legal Associate (Cyber & Corporate Litigation)

Location: Gurgoan, Haryana .

Role Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Legal Associate to handle cyber-related cases and general litigation at given locations . The ideal candidate must possess a sound understanding of legal sections, hold a valid Bar Council license, and have successfully completed the AIB (Admission Integration Batch) Exam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in cyber cases, digital evidence hearings, and other criminal/commercial matters at the designated location.
• Draft pleadings, complaints, and replies with proper reference to relevant sections of the IPC, BNS, BNSS, and the IT Act, 2000.
• Conduct legal research on cyber statutes, precedents, and procedural sections.
• Coordinate with digital forensics experts and prepare case strategies.

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Haves):

1. Bar License: Active enrollment with the State Bar Council (Advocate license).
2. AIB Exam: Mandatory completion of the AIB (Admission Integration Batch) Exam conducted by the Bar Council of India.
3. Basic Knowledge of Sections: Working knowledge of key legal provisions (e.g., IT Act, CrPC/BNSS, Indian Penal Code/BNS, Evidence Act).
4. Availability: Willing and able to attend cyber cases in person at the given location.

Preferred:

• 0-3 years of experience (Freshers with AIB clearance are welcome).
• Proficiency in legal drafting and case handling .
