Job Description

  1. Strong knowledge of plant machinery and equipment operations.
  2. Ability to operate and supervise all machines used in the plant.
  3. Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
  4. Report machine status, production activities, and work progress to the Plant Manager.
  5. Identify machine faults and troubleshoot operational issues.
  6. Perform or coordinate machine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
  7. Ensure machines are functioning efficiently, safely, and according to operational standards.
  8. Maintain records of machine performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
  9. Support continuous production by ensuring equipment reliability and availability.
  10. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
