Working Hours:Office: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Flexible Work (Remote): EOD reporting from home

EOD Reporting Requirement:EOD (End of Day) Report to be prepared between 09:00 PM to 10:00 PM, completed from home, and submitted via WhatsApp before 10:00 PM.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

About the Role Madan Atta Chakki - MAC is a growing agri-food retail venture focused on building a strong and trusted consumer brand.

This is a Founder’s Office role, offering direct exposure to business operations, sales, vendor management, and brand building.

You will work closely with a founder having experience across leading organizations like ITC Limited, Flipkart, and Indiabulls, gaining real-world learning on how a business is built and scaled from the ground up.

• Key Responsibilities
• 📊 1. Sales & ReportingPrepare and share Daily EOD Sales Reports
• Maintain accurate daily business tracking
• Assist in Monthly Sales Projections & Budgeting
• ⚙️ 2. Operations ManagementMonitor store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Review CCTV footage for compliance and efficiency
• Coordinate with store staff for daily execution
• 📱 3. Digital & Brand ManagementManage business presence on:
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• Google My Business
• WhatsApp Catalogue
• Post content, respond to queries, and maintain brand consistency
• ☎️ 4. Customer HandlingRespond to customer queries via calls and WhatsApp
• Handle escalations and ensure resolution
• 📦 5. Inventory & Vendor CoordinationTrack stock requirements
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply
• Manage vendor follow-ups and relationships
• 👥 6. Team & Store CoordinationAssist in store staff management
• Support hiring and onboarding of store personnel
• 📈 7. MIS & Business InsightsPrepare Month-End MIS reports
• Provide insights to improve sales and operations
• 🚗 Additional RequirementsWillingness to visit store outlets and vendors as required
• Travel expenses reimbursed (via Uber Bike or equivalent)
• High ownership and accountability mindset
• 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaQualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA / M.Com
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year
• Strong communication and basic Excel skills preferred
