Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop international business opportunities.
• Communicate with overseas customers through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate orders.
• Identify new distributors, dealers, and importers in global markets.
• Coordinate with production, documentation, and logistics teams for order execution.
• Participate in international medical exhibitions and virtual meetings.
• Maintain CRM and prepare daily sales reports.
• Build long-term relationships with international customers.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in International Sales, Export Marketing, or Business Development.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
