Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated, responsible, and enthusiastic professional to join our growing team. The selected candidate will contribute to the development, operations, marketing, sales, quality, or management functions of Divine Herbals & Wellness, depending on the assigned role.

The ideal candidate should have an interest in Ayurveda, herbal products, natural wellness, and building a trusted consumer brand.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
• Assist in the development, promotion, and growth of Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, and other business partners.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure work is completed according to company quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities in the Ayurvedic and wellness sector.
• Support product launches, marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute ideas for improving products, processes, customer experience, and business growth.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification, depending on the position.
• Experience in Ayurveda, herbal products, FMCG, wellness, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, nutrition, sales, marketing, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Preferred SkillsInterest or knowledge in Ayurvedic and herbal formulations.
• Understanding of the wellness and natural products market.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Marketing, sales, product development, research, or operational experience, depending on the role.
