Job Title: MIS & Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Operations
Location: Gurugram
Industry: FMCG / Distribution
Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable MIS & Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, salary coordination, warehouse MIS reporting, and CRM management for our distribution business.
The candidate should have strong operational understanding, data accuracy, and the ability to coordinate across accounts, warehouse, sales, and management teams.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & FinanceMaintain day-to-day accounting records and entries
- Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Support billing, invoicing, and collection tracking
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants when required
- Payroll & Salary ManagementMaintain employee attendance and salary records
- Prepare salary sheets and payroll data
- Track reimbursements, advances, deductions, and incentives
- Maintain employee documentation related to payroll and compliance
- Warehouse MIS ManagementPrepare and maintain warehouse MIS reports
- Track stock movement, inward/outward inventory, and dispatch records
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock accuracy
- Monitor daily operational reporting and inventory reconciliation
- ZOHO CRM & Data ManagementManage and maintain ZOHO CRM records and workflows
- Update customer, distributor, and sales data regularly
- Generate sales and operational reports from CRM
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure data accuracy and follow-ups
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in MIS reporting and data management
- Familiarity with ZOHO CRM / ERP systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Preferred Candidate Profile2–5 years experience in Accounts / MIS / Operations
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to manage multiple operational functions simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced field-oriented business environments
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy of reports and accounting entries
- Timely salary and payroll processing
- Inventory/MIS accuracy
- CRM data management efficiency
- Timely reporting and coordination
CompensationSalary shall be based on experience, operational capability, and system knowledge.
