Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on credit card remittance transactions. • Track customer payments, settlements, and reconciliation with banks and payment gateways. • Monitor transaction volumes, chargebacks, refunds, and exceptions. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements. • Develop dashboards to highlight KPIs such as turnaround time, error rates, and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with operations, finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting accuracy. • Identify anomalies, variances, and potential risks in remittance processes. • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. 


·      Publishing MIS's and reports to indicate process hygiene and performance to business stakeholders

·      Supporting in process marketing invoices along with all necessary documents.

·      Ensure all purchase requests and invoices raised correctly as per agreements.

·      Ensure all the system provision should be done before the closure of every month.

·      Support in GST/WHT recovery of all Marketing invoices.

·      Support the Vendor/Partners to submit the invoices on Invoice supplier portal.

·      Publish PR Tracker/Invoice Tracker/Payment Tracker.

·      Publishing High Ageing PO report.

·      Maintain Invoice Tracker.

·      Publish System Provisioning Report.

·      Publish Invoice Submission tracker which uploads on Supplier portal by Vendors/Partners.

·      Highlight pending invoice once due date crossed.

·      Publishing the report of Pending invoices to Cobrand Product Leads post end of the services.
