Operations And Site Coordination Executive

We are looking for a smart and energetic Operations & Site Coordination Executive to handle day-to-day coordination for sites, vendors, deliveries, procurement, and manpower reporting.

The candidate should be comfortable with both office coordination and field work across Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate sample deliveries and material dispatches

Manage delivery challans and logistics planning

Coordinate site manpower and attendance reporting

Handle general site supervision and follow-ups

Deposit documents and cheques when required

Manage petty purchases and urgent procurement

Purchase natural plants, artificial plants, pots, and accessories

Follow up with vendors for manufacturing, dispatches, and deliveries

Coordinate with drivers, transporters, vendors, and site teams

Share daily work updates and reports

Candidate Requirements

1-5 years experience in operations/site coordination/procurement

Experience in landscaping, interiors, construction, or facility management preferred

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp reporting

Should be responsible, responsive, and execution-oriented

Must be comfortable with field visits and travelling across Delhi NCR

Two-wheeler preferred

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma preferred

Practical work experience is more important than qualification

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidates from Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, or nearby locations preferred
