Job Description - Disbursal Officer / Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all disbursement transactions and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure prompt payment.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for disbursements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to disbursements and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to disbursements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in disbursement workflows.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial operations, disbursement processing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
