Operations Executive

FoodPe Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations by coordinating with restaurant partners, delivery teams, vendors, and internal departments. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, resolving issues, monitoring performance, and supporting business growth while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with restaurant partners, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor order processing and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Handle customer and partner escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Support onboarding and training of new restaurant partners and operational staff.
• Work closely with sales, customer support, finance, and logistics teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, vendor performance, and service quality where applicable.
• Assist in implementing new operational processes and business initiatives.
