Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility, including walking support and transfers (bed to chair, etc.)
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
Administer medications as prescribed (or remind clients to take them)
Monitor health conditions and report any changes to family or healthcare professionals
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping duties (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
Accompany clients to appointments, walks, or social outings
