Urgent requirement - Payroll Specialist.
Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage HRMS, biometric systems, attendance Systems, leave records, overtime, payroll inputs and payroll automation.
- Verify payroll data and coordinate with Finance for salary processing.
- Handle salary revisions, arrears, incentives, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
- Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, HR documentation, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee communication and HR-related queries.
- Coordinate with HRMS vendors for issue resolution and process enhancements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and communication initiatives.
- Support managers in attendance, disciplinary, and employee-related matters.
- Coordinate monthly compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other applicable labour laws.
- Maintain compliance records and support audits.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll and statutory data to consultants.
- Assist in labour law compliance documentation and reporting.
