ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can also manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and social media strategy to drive leads, engagement, and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Performance Marketing

•    Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

•    Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI (ROAS, CPL, CPC)

•    Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

•    Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

•    Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Social Media Management

•    Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

•    Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories

•    Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals

•    Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

•    Stay updated with trends and suggest creative content ideas

REQUIRED SKILLS  

•    Experience in lead generation campaigns

•    Knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or basic design

•    Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation

KPI

•    Lead generation & cost per lead (CPL)

•    Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

•    Engagement rate & follower growth

•    Conversion rate

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE  

•    1–3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing & Social Media Management

•    Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

•    Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing

•    Strong analytical and reporting skills

•    Good communication and creative thinking skills

Fixed Salary: Determined based on your interview performance and relevant experience.
