Job Description

Personal Banker – Retail Branch Banking


Vruent is hiring ambitious, customer-focused professionals for the Personal Banker role in Retail Branch Banking. If you enjoy customer interaction, sales, and fast-paced banking operations, this role offers strong growth opportunities in frontline banking.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle daily branch banking operations, including FD booking, RTGS/NEFT processing, mandate closures, and account servicing
  • Cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, and Loans
  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and internal operational procedures
  • Follow up with customers for service feedback and relationship management
  • Adapt quickly to new banking products, systems, and digital tools
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and branch discipline

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline (B. Com/BBA preferred)
  • MBA or banking certifications are an added advantage
  • 0–3 years of experience in Retail Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
  • Knowledge of KYC, transactions, and banking operations preferred
  • Fluency in Hindi/English and local language preferred
