We are looking for a passionate, patient-focused Physiotherapist who believes in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and outstanding patient experiences.

• Clinical ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for spine, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs based on doctor's treatment plan.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy including:
• Manual Therapy
• Exercise Therapy
• Electrotherapy
• Posture Correction
• Functional Rehabilitation
• Mobility & Strength Training
• Educate patients regarding posture, ergonomics, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain detailed treatment notes and patient progress reports.
• Assist doctors during advanced non-surgical treatment procedures whenever required.
• Ensure high standards of patient safety and infection control.
• Patient Care & CommunicationBuild trust and confidence with patients.
• Explain treatment protocols in a simple and motivating manner.
• Encourage compliance with rehabilitation programs.
• Maintain excellent patient satisfaction throughout the treatment journey.
• Team CollaborationWork closely with Orthopaedic Specialists, Rehabilitation Team, and Patient Coordinators.
• Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• DocumentationMaintain accurate clinical records.
• Prepare daily treatment reports.
• Update patient progress in clinic software.
• Ensure complete documentation as per clinic protocols.

• Required QualificationsBachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) – Mandatory
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) – Preferred
• Valid State Physiotherapy Registration
