Conduct individual and group Pilates training sessions

Assess clients’ fitness levels and design customized workout plans

Demonstrate proper Pilates techniques and ensure correct posture and alignment

Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly

Educate clients on injury prevention and overall wellness

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workout environment

Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and Pilates techniques
