Job Description
- Stitch products as per production requirements and company standards.
- Handle stitching of festive, decorative, fabric-based and customized products.
- Operate sewing machines efficiently.
- Cut, alter and finish products with proper measurements.
- Ensure quality and neat finishing of products.
- Maintain production targets and timelines.
- Coordinate with production supervisor regarding daily work allocation.
- Report material shortages or defects immediately.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic upkeep.
- Reduce fabric wastage and ensure efficient material utilization.
- Support packaging or finishing work if required during peak season.
- Good stitching and tailoring skills.
- Knowledge of industrial sewing machines preferred.
- Ability to understand measurements and patterns.
- Attention to detail and finishing quality.
- Ability to work under production pressure and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and teamwork approach.
