Job Description

  • Stitch products as per production requirements and company standards.
  • Handle stitching of festive, decorative, fabric-based and customized products.
  • Operate sewing machines efficiently.
  • Cut, alter and finish products with proper measurements.
  • Ensure quality and neat finishing of products.
  • Maintain production targets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with production supervisor regarding daily work allocation.
  • Report material shortages or defects immediately.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and basic upkeep.
  • Reduce fabric wastage and ensure efficient material utilization.
  • Support packaging or finishing work if required during peak season.
  • Good stitching and tailoring skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial sewing machines preferred.
  • Ability to understand measurements and patterns.
  • Attention to detail and finishing quality.
  • Ability to work under production pressure and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork approach.
