Job Description
Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering medical equipment product development and commercialization projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality products on time.
- Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end medical equipment product development projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, MDR, IEC 60601, where applicable).
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage design reviews, verification, validation, and product launch activities.
- Support product lifecycle management, including design changes and continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule while meeting quality requirements.
