Project Planning Engineer (Civil)

Job Title: Civil Engineer / Civil Project Planner

Experience: 3–8 Years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based On Interview)

Key Responsibilities

* Project Planning & Engineering

* Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies for civil engineering projects.

* Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments.

* Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and design coordination as per project requirements.

* Develop and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM).

* Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and resource planning.

* Monitor project progress and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.

* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients during project execution.

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

* Prepare material specifications and procurement requirements.

* Coordinate with procurement teams for vendor selection and material sourcing.

* Evaluate quotations and assist in vendor negotiations.

* Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely material availability.

* Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.

Tendering & E-Procurement

* Prepare technical and commercial tender documents.

* Handle end-to-end tender submissions through Government E-Procurement Portals and GeM Portal.

* Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

* Coordinate with various departments for timely submission of tender documents.

* Maintain records of tenders, bid status, and supporting documentation.

Project Coordination & Reporting

* Track project milestones, costs, and timelines.

* Prepare project MIS reports and management presentations.

* Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory regulations.

* Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.

* Support project documentation, approvals, and client communications.

Required Qualifications

* B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

* 3–8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, project planning, estimation, or tendering.

* Experience in civil infrastructure, construction, renewable energy, or related projects will be preferred.

* Strong understanding of BOQ, BOM, project estimation, and procurement processes.

* Hands-on experience in Government E-Tendering and GeM Portal.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP/project management software.
