Qcommerce Executive

Role Overview

The Quick Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and Zepto. The role focuses on smooth dispatch operations, purchase order handling, appointment-based deliveries, and accurate tracking of POs and GRNs to ensure timely fulfillment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations across quick commerce portals including Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and Zepto
2. Coordinate and execute dispatch planning to ensure timely order fulfillment
3. Handle Purchase Order (PO) management, including creation, validation, and reconciliation
4. Track and monitor PO status and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to ensure accurate closures
5. Manage appointment-based deliveries, coordinating with warehouses and logistics partners
6. Ensure compliance with platform-specific SOPs and delivery timelines
7. Resolve discrepancies related to dispatches, shortages, excess deliveries, or delays
8. Maintain accurate records and reports for POs, GRNs, and dispatch performance
9. Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, supply chain) for smooth operations

Skills & Requirements

1. Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, Zepto preferred)
2. Strong understanding of dispatch processes and supply chain operations
3. Experience in PO and GRN tracking and reconciliation
4. Familiarity with appointment-based delivery systems
5. Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
6. Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
8. Atleast 1 year of relevant experience in quick commerce / e-commerce operations
