Job Summary:
Top Line Infratech is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for construction site work related to soil retention and excavation projects. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, quantity calculations, material tracking, and coordination at the project site.
The ideal candidate should have experience in construction or infrastructure projects and should be comfortable working on-site.
- Salary & Incentives:Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle quantity surveying work at construction sites
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity reports
- Monitor excavation and soil retention work
- Track materials and site work progress
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams
- Maintain daily work records and reports
- Ensure work is completed as per project requirements
- Support project management and billing activities
- Candidate Requirements:Education:Diploma or BE/B.Tech preferred
- Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or site work
- Preferred Industry:Real Estate
- Construction & Infrastructure
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and site measurements
- Understanding of excavation and soil retention work
- Basic construction and project coordination knowledge
- Ability to manage field work efficiently
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Language Requirements:English not mandatory
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Experienced in handling construction site activities
- Comfortable with field job responsibilities
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and contractors
- Candidates with infrastructure or excavation project experience preferred
