Quick Commerce Executive

Role Overview

The Quick Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and Zepto. The role focuses on smooth dispatch operations, purchase order handling, appointment-based deliveries, and accurate tracking of POs and GRNs to ensure timely fulfillment and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across quick commerce portals including Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, and Zepto
• Coordinate and execute dispatch planning to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle Purchase Order (PO) management, including creation, validation, and reconciliation
• Track and monitor PO status and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) to ensure accurate closures
• Manage appointment-based deliveries, coordinating with warehouses and logistics partners
• Ensure compliance with platform-specific SOPs and delivery timelines
• Resolve discrepancies related to dispatches, shortages, excess deliveries, or delays
• Maintain accurate records and reports for POs, GRNs, and dispatch performance
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, supply chain) for smooth operations

Skills & Requirements

• Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, Zepto preferred)
• Strong understanding of dispatch processes and supply chain operations
• Experience in PO and GRN tracking and reconciliation
• Familiarity with appointment-based delivery systems
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Atleast 1 year of relevant experience in quick commerce / e-commerce operations
