What you’ll do:

• Architect the Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales processes that optimize lead conversion, client experience, and revenue growth.
• Build & Lead Elite Teams: Hire, mentor, and energize a team of high-performing sales executives.
• Own the Sales Funnel: From lead generation to deal closure—monitor, analyse, and improve every touch point.
• Client Relationship Management: Become the face of trust—build strong, lasting relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ten steps ahead—track market trends, competitors, pricing dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
• Collaborate to Elevate: Work closely with marketing, CRM, and pre-sales teams to craft compelling campaigns and seamless customer journeys.
• Innovate, Not Imitate: Bring fresh ideas—introduce new sales tech, lead nurturing tools, and team motivation programs.
