Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, and references
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct site visits and deliver property presentations confidently
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively
• Update and manage CRM with accurate lead and client data
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
