Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Sector-47, Sohna Road, Gurugram
Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record in residential and commercial property sales.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving sales goals.
- Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling.
- Experience in luxury residential and commercial real estate will be preferred.
